Terms and Conditions
Ordering:
There are a couple easy ways to order from us. (1) You can fill out and submit your order form or (2) You may print the order form and mail it to us.
Within 3 days after we receive your order form, we will contact you by the way you specified on your order form to not only give you confirmation that we received your order but to also discuss any additional details for your order. Once your sample wrapper is completed we will either mail or e-mail you a proof in which you must reply. We will call you and let you know it's there if you choose to have main contact by phone. Orders will NOT be processed until we receive your signed proof approval either by mail or e-mail.
**If approving your order by email, we will email you to let you know that your order will be processed. If you DO NOT receive this confirmation email within 1 day, Please contact us immediately to confirm that we received your emailed approval.
We are not responsible for orders not processed because we did not receive your approval. Any additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
When proof is received please take the time to carefully proofread your sample wrapper and check all designs. Once you have given approval of the wrapper we are not responsible for any errors found.
No refunds will be given on orders once they are printed and or shipped.
.Payment:
Payment is required after you have given final approval for the wrappers / labels to be printed. Your order will not be processed until payment is received.
We will gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express via paypal for your payment. Otherwise we will accept Money Orders for payment
. *Note at this time we DO NOT accept personal checks in the mail.
Your credit card will not be charged until after we receive your approval
Shipping:
We ship all of our orders by US Priority Flat Rate Mail unless you note otherwise. Please allow 5 days for all customized orders to be prepared. If you need your order sooner, please call or email us to make sure that we can ship your order to you within your required time frame. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3 business days (not a guaranteed service).
*Note: We DO NOT ship chocolate bars we will only ship wrappers. This way there is no risk of melted chocolate before you use the wrappers. Sorry for the inconvience and thank you for understanding.
Price for shipping depends on your order size. With US Priority Flat Rate Mail we are able to keep our shipping prices down for our customers. Depending on the size of your wrapper order your shipping cost is $5.00. If for any reason your shipping would be more we will contact you ahead of time to confirm shipping cost.
Photography:
We are able to use your photos on your wrappers / labels to make them even more personalized. No charge for the first photo, but there is a $2.00 charge for each additional photo.
Mail or e-mail (in JPG or PNG format) us your favorite photo with your name and phone number on the back. Make sure all photo are both clear and easy to see. If you are emailing the photo, make sure to scan your photo at 600 or better DPI resolution. Do not crop your picture. We will crop it for you. All photos will be returned, unharmed with your order. If you are sending us a photo taken by a professional or studio you will need to include a photographers release in order for us to use the photo..
Most photographers have this form and are more than willing to sign it for you. We provided you a printable photo release form, in case; your photographer doesn't have one.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to read it.
You are responsible for providing us with a photo release form for all professional photographs for your order! Whether the photographer is independent or be part of a corporation such as sears, Wal-Mart or any other studio a photo release form is required. Most photographers / studios will provide you one on request
